Warsaw -> Berlin

Took a 5-hour train ride from Warsaw to Berlin yesterday and, thankfully, the ride passed by pretty quickly.  

Relaxing at the Park

Aside from taking a lovey stroll around the park, Alex and I took a while to just sit on a bench in a different park and enjoy the sun shining on us. As our waiter told us during lunch, today was the nicest day in Warsaw so far this year. 

Bakery and Israeli

Alex and I encountered an open bakery and a very popular Israeli restaurant around the city today. 

Most of Warsaw was closed today for Easter Sunday so we were excited to find places we wanted to go to that were open. 

  

CouchSurfing Get Together

Alex and I couchsurfed our first couple of days in Warsaw. Last night was our last night and we spent the evening with our hosts along with two more Couchsurfers who they invited over to hang out for a while. It was a good group of people. 

Few Days of Catching Up

Wednesday: Spending my last little bit of time with my cousin and in Brasil. I’m going to miss both. 

Thursday: Arriving in Germany and being reunited with Alex!!! Yaaaaay!!

Friday (today): Warsaw. I’m excited to be in a new city and a new country I’ve never been in.
